"Cannot view paid bills at all (Payments > History tab is totally blank with no records). What's the point of having a History tab if nothing is updated inside??? Hence, unable to download invoice after payment for medical claims purpose. System only allows download before making payment. Really frustrating as I am still waiting for One FSS to send me the PDF bills (softcopy). Not even requesting for the hardcopy bills to be mailed to my residence. Please consider improving the Payments feature."
